Need To Delete Upgrade[1].cab

I somehow got the zumzi virus or whatever it is called, i removed it and other hazardous files, the only files that are left are in here

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows

and they are the upgrade[1].cab files

all the files in this folder are hidden and i cant even see them, also meaning i cant delete them

McAfee is unable to delete them

please help, this is a brand new computer

i am running windows 7 64 bit
