I’ve two autorun.inf files having coding below
[AutoRun]
open=mbdm.exe
shell\open\Command=mbdm.exe
And
[AutoRun]
open=9qqigqwf.exe
shell\open\Command=9qqigqwf.exe
The autorun.inf file with the latter coding is detected as “Trojan.******.330643” but the former didn’t. I sent these files to your labs, but got reply that the former autorun.inf file is not malicious by its own. But I am confused and want to know although the coding is same except the executables, but why the detection of latter is added and not of former?
Kindly note that the executables in the above codes “mbdm.exe” and “9qqigqwf.exe” are already detected and cleaned by Bitdefender.
Also I’ve another file named “ha_client.exe” which I sent to your labs some days ago and was declared cleaned by your labs then, but recently it was detected as “Trojan.Generic.2768247”. Why is this so?
