Does Bitdefender works well against the keygens that generate random numbers?
Actually I collected lot of keygens/cracks but most of them are undetected by Bitdefender.
We have nothing against keygens, cracks and patches and do not actively add detection for them.
These applications are not malicious or -by intent- produce any damage to the user's files and as such there is no reason to add detection.
However, we do not make a habit of fixing already present detections that were added previously or by heuristics.
We strongly believe other antivirus providers should have a similar policy.
