Vista Security Tool 2010

I've got this virus/Trojan? from a zip file download. It pops up constantly with fake security alerts. It has also disabled my ability to use Firefox. It's called Vista Security Tool 2010.

I have run bitdefender deep scan twice, but it's still there. Any ideas on how to get rid of this miserable thing?
