I searched the forum, but didn't find an answer to this, so here goes . . .
When BD scans my system at night, it inevitably finds old infected emails (not sure if they're the ones BD blocked on incoming scan or not).
The only option I'm given after the nightly scan is to move the infected files to quarantine. If I do that, the entire folder containing an entire month's worth of saved emails are gone.
Most of those emails are important customer correspondences I keep for reference.
At this point I'm now up to many infected files, which probably means it would move my entire email records to quarantine. The files in question are located in the \Roaming\ section of the Thunderbird folder, but it still effects my copies in the archive folders I create myself.
Sure would be nice if there was a solution to extracting only the bad emails while leaving the rest.
Thanks, and I hope this was clear enough
