Virus Alert Gen:heur.krypt.9 Keeps Comng Up

I am having a problem deleting this threat. The Bitdefender Virus Alert window continuously pops up saying Bitdefender has blocked multiple viruses. Your computer is protected. Virus name: Gen:Heur.Krypt.9 Location: C:\Documents and settings\admin\LocalSettings\Temp\mschrt20ex.dll. If I close the window, it comes back in a few seconds saying the same thing. Deep system scan has been run but did not find or correct anything. Yet, the alert window continues to pop up. scan below

That computer will no longer load windows. It comes up with a blue screen and reboots continuous. I tried other boot options such as safe mode and last known configuration that worked but it still will not load past the starting windows screen. Anything I can do now besides a system restore?

You can run the BitDefender rescue CD and scan the entire system for viruses.The system must be connected to the internet during this process and press the Update button once you are in the rescue CD environment.

If the problem persists after the virus removal you can try either a system restore or a Windows Repair.

I was able to get in and back up my files with the repair CD, but after a short scan it did not find any issues. I ended up having to do a system recovery, reloading windows.
