How do I remove this virus? It is located at:

I use windows 7 home premium / Bitdefender 2010
Very odd, I just logged on for the first time in forever to ask this very same question. Could it be a false positive? Did you just start getting this today because I just randomly did. Hope someone knows something. I suspect many others are experiencing this very problem as well.
I just this today " />
I also received this today. " />
Im getting this too.
And looking at the logs It started for me as soon as Bitdefender got its most recent update.
A recent update should fix this problem. Please post back if you still encounter this problem with the latest one.
late last night it stopped. Maybe about 1:00 AM PST. No notice today either. That scared me for a bit, had a feeling it might be a false positive though.
I am up to date and started having this problem yesterday 8/16/2010
I'm running a fully up to date version of BitDefender 2010. I'm also on what is a brand new, fresh install of windows Vista (about 2 weeks old) so I would be shocked if I've managed to get a virus already! I have, however, been having these pop ups every 10 minutes about a Gen:Trojan.Heur.FU etc etc virus which was somewhere in my temp folder which I cannot seem to do anything about... This has been going on for a while now. I've performed scans and am wondering if this is a genuine threat, or just a false positive alert. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
James

Please post the exact detection name of the virus and the file path (a screenshot would be very helpful).
Thank you.
I am getting this message as well. screenshot attached.
Please send me by PM a BDSI and GMER log to see if indeed the system is infected.
Full instructions here:
http://www.bitdefender.com/KB490-en--The-s...s-infected.html
Also please let me know when do you get that pop-up (in what circumstances) and how often.
Please see attached a screenshot of one example of a pop-up and also my gmer log file (I'd upload the bdsi one as well but you can't upload files of that type .
Thanks a lot for any help!
