Gen:trojan.heur.gm

I have Win 7. Gen:trojan.heur.gm caused by svchost.exe in folder C: windows\temp pops up at least once a day. I've submitted several scans as requested by BitDefender including by the rescue disk and GMER. The gmer program hangs up and stops at \Device\Harddisk\VolumeShadowcopy1. If it's a false positive, I can't submit it to BitDefender as it is stopped, removed or whatever. I can't find it in quarantine either. So it's a pain in the butt that still causes some anxiety as svchost runs many times.

I've sent whatever scans you recommended, but haven't receivd a reply. I still get the notice of the trojan but never in any scans.

dear all, may i get help for bdis 2010 cannot remove total Gen:Trojan.Heur.PT.... multiple virus always show everytime scan all, even my windows command was deleted because cannot desinfect like Shell 32 win xp, and windows xp update too, many command cannot be execute, please can you help me, thank you before

I sent BitDefender all the scans requested but no response fixing the problem came back. Eventually the thing quit popping up on it's own, so I have no idea how. I realize this doesn't help, but maybe yours will eventually stop also.
