There Was A Problem Downloading File

So every single time I try to install this product all it says on my computer is that "There was problem downloading one of the installation files. Please check your connection and try again later."


Also I have written emails to the company and called three times. No reply through email and when the phone finally answers--after a half an hour waiting--it just sounds like a cell phone in someones pocket with muffled voices in the background.


Anyone else have better luck? <img class=" />

    Hi Daniel, I have the same problem. I run Windows XP Pro and my PC I think is 64 bit. How do I check this? It is a 2.4 gig machine with 1 gig of ram. I just purchased BD IS this afternoon and downloaded the 1.3 mb installation file which gives me the file missing message

    In order to determine whether a computer is running a 32-bit or 64-bit version check THIS article.


    Try to save the appropriate file listed below and then try to start the installation. Let me know if the same error occur.
