Email Scanning With Bdts 2011 Question

I was going through my logs and noticed that there were 3 instances of emails being infected but in the logs it shows

"Infected email received" "no action taken"

What is not set up in my program to delete these attachments , i can't seem to find anything to do with email scanning other than under the "custom level" in the virus shield area , but i've got the two areas that show anything to do with email set to scan incoming and outgoing email.

I've attached an screen print ,, hopefully it shows up.

Please let me know what i've done or not done to get this to delete attachments in emails that are marked as infected.

We were able to reproduce this situation on our side too.

When you received the infected email it was immediately blocked so there was no action needed from your part.

I will forward this to the development team to change the notification message from no action taken to blocked or deleted.

I'll keep you posted on this.

Thank you for clearing that up ,, i was getting a little worried about it just going along without us seeing any notification about what to do with the attachment ,, my previous BD products just came up with a box telling us that it caught something and automatically deleted it ,, i thought i'd missed something when i upgraded to BDTS 2011.
