Bit Defender Crashs

Hi there, i buyed 10 licenses of BTD2011 for an office that i do TI support, in all computers i have a crash when i try to do any kind of virus scan.


I send a attachment with the error.


i will wait for a solution soon as possible, please give the spected attention.

    Please click on 'Show files' and check the location of the files. Go to that location, zip the entire folder and upload it HERE


    Also tell me to what location the scan crashes, what file/folder/location it was scanning when crashed ?


    Are you referring to the scan when installing or after installation ? Does the same error occur with all types of scan (Quick, full, deep) ?


    Try a contextual scan and let me know the results. Last but not least please follow the steps below and send me the result:


    a) Please go to THIS page and download the autoruns file.


    B) Extract the contents of the downloaded file and run the 'autoruns.exe' file;


    c) Wait for the list to be filled with all the processes and then make sure that you have the Everything tab selected in the upper part;


    d) Click on the Disk icon right under File and chose any location folder on your computer;


    e) Save the file with a specific name (your name, computer name, a random name, which one you want) and then upload it HERE


    f) Send me a PM with the download link, do not post it on the topic.
