I believe my system has been infected with something that attaches to a bit defender service.
On Windows 7 start up everything is ok.
The moment I do anything that would requires bitdefender to do checks my monitor goes blank. The hard drive is running but everything appears to stop.
I have done several hard boot_s and find that I get the blank screen on the follow.
1. click on the bid defender Icon in the tray. The BD box appears then blank screen
2. Click on email down load and BD scans blank screen.
3. From Program select BD icon is get blank screen. On other programs they start however when BD check then I get blank screen
4. Try to uninstall BD and it starts for 1 sec then blank screen.
I have gone to safe mode it is far better however I still have the same issue when BD does a task. Blank Screen
I have tried deleting the BD files but it will not let me delete systems files
Is their a BD utility that I can run as an exe at the command prompt to remove BD so I can start over and verify the issue.
