[solved]registration Issue

Hi, I've upgraded to BD 2011 and my license says it expires in 30 days now.

I've had a similar issue when upgrading BD before but, it eventually updated my registration to the server and corrected the expiration date.

Can I assume the server will update my registration on its own again or is there anything I should do to correct the issue?

While upgrades from BitDefender GameSafe 2008 to Internet Security 2010 were possible with the same license key, this is not also true for Internet Security 2011. You will be contacted shortly via email with a solution.

I figured gamesafe 2008 qualified as BD 2008 product after reading this page http://kb.bitdefender.com/site/KnowledgeBase/consumer/#711 and since I was able to upgrade to 2010

Your friend can also upgrade at any time to BitDefender 2011. I will send the licensing information via PM.
