Bsock.exe

Bitdefender Techies,

I have purchased and installed BIS 2011 and ever since I've bought the software, there's a program in task manager called bsock.exe which uses about 50-55% CPU for over 25 minutes EVERY time I'm online. I've done a full system scan AND deep system scan but still there's no use (bsock.exe is still there). Is this bsock a virus or part of the bitdefender software? Please get back to me asap, as I think if bsock goes on like this, the program will eventually kill my CPU and PC, thx,

Bsock.exe error are usually caused when the operating system's registry contains errors or when certain system files are missing or broken.Bsock.exe error are caused in one way or another by misconfigured system files.

Registry cleaning might help you in fixing the error.

I've never heard about this file so a sample file would be welcomed.
