@imen: why have you posted in an older topic instead of creating your own topic ?

When you mention "problem updating BDIS 2011 offline" you mean on a PC without Internet connection available ? If this is the case please read below. If not, explain your situation in details including a screenshot of the error / notification you receive when trying to update.

The weekly updates depending on the product version(2009,2010,2011 etc) can be used as explained in this Pinned topic:
