Unable To Install Bitdefender

hi,

i cant install your bitdefender antivirus 2011 on my computer. I get a error message as below when i try to download the package to my computer saying:

"there was a problem with downloading one of the installation files. Please check your connection and try again later"

I'm using windows xp home edition 32 bit service pack 3, my computer meets all the minimum system requirements for your package as well. Can someone let me know with a solution on this please?

Please complete the following steps and send me the logs generated at the end of these steps as listed below:

1. Download http://www.bitdefender.com/files/Knowledge...ile/sysdump.exe

2. Locate and open 'sysdump.exe'

3. A command prompt window will appear on your screen. Please note that the information gathering process can take several minutes therefore please wait until the window disappear by itself.

4. The result will be the file called 'SYSDUMP.TAR'

When you have the sysdump.tar please upload it HERE then send me a PM with the download link.
