Bd Total Security 2011 Update Problem

Hello all,

Anyone else getting a error message when trying to update of the following

'An error occured during the update (-2002). If the problem persists, please check our online support website at: http://www.bitdefender.com.'

I started getting this error as soon as I turned my pc on, last night it seemed fine, I've tried restarting the pc and launcing update again, no luck.

Looking through my logs for updates the following occurs

LOG1 : The following files were downloaded. These files are part of the component AntiSpam:

asversion.txt

LOG2 : An error occured during the update (-2002). If the problem persists, please check our online support website at: http://www.bitdefender.com.

LOG3 : The following files were downloaded. These files are part of the component AntiSpam:

asversion.txt

Whenever I try to update the 3 logs in the same order appear.

Hello, it was doing it around an hour ago or so. However, on reading your reply I relaunched the update to check if it was doing it again and it updated fine. (new patch/data available I guess?)

Sometimes the update process will not synchronize properly with the servers. It is a rare and isolated occurrence, we usually recommend checking again later.
