How Do I Stop Internet Traffic?

I have recently installed on my PC BitDefender Internet Security 2011.

How can I manually stop Internet Traffic? Is there an option somewhere that i can click on to stop internet traffic, and then allow me to resume it when I need to?

I have been unplugging my cable to do this, but I know other security suites have this ability, I was wondering if BitDefender has this.

Hello,

You can block all Internet Traffic if you open BitDefender in Expert View (change it from Security Center -> Options button) -> open Firewall tab -> Network tab and select for the network adapter you are using "Untrusted (Blocked All)". To re-enable it select from the same drop-down menu "Home/Office".
