Password Protected Hidden File

Bitdefender log gives me this path

C:\WINDOWS\Installer\1454977.msi=>(Embedded EXE)=>(ZIP Sfx g)=>(NO NAME)

and says that it is unscanned. I go to the windows folder, there is no installer folder or 145477.msi file to be found. Searches for the file yield nothing either.

Obviously I didnt make this file or password it so its got to be some sorta virus/bug.

PLEASE HELP!

IM not that savvy with computers but I just know that a file that can't be scanned, can't be found and is supposedly password protected can't be a good thing!!!!

Password protected files do not present a threat and in your case the file belongs to a program that you've installed in the past.

To locate the file in question you first need to display hidden files in Windows .

You can try to open the file to see what it tries to install.
