How Can I Get A Refund?

Dear BitDefender Staff,


I am sad to declare that I want a refund, but my e-mails are going unanswered. The TS2011 software simply will not work on my machine. I am sad about this, and no amount of tech support has helped. Don't get me wrong. I still support the software, and will wait until another version comes out and I will try again. I want to use it because I believe it is good, but something in my system is not letting it recognize the key as valid. My e-mails have not been answered in weeks. The last few I've sent have been causing stress to build, and so I'm asking for help here. Refund please?
