Hello everyone. At the moment I am evaluating the Total Security 2011 product. I also have a Total Security 2010 key. The trial period is now ending, so I decided to insert the 2010 key in the 2011 product. I clicked in the license info and inserted the 2010 key. But the program rejected the key and said that the key is for another product. I have already seen the instructions but they all assume that the older product is already installed, which is not my situation. So I wonder if there is anyway to solve this, or I will have to uninstall 2011, install 2010 and register, and finally install 2011? Thank you very much for all the help.
