"the Application Has Failed To Start"

Hi,

New install of windows 7

I get the error "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect"

I installed the c++ libraries after searching for a solution earlier.

How do I fix this?

Try letting BD install the C++ package by following the procedure exactly as listed in THIS TOPIC.
