I just downloaded Internet Security 2011 and cannot update. When I click on "Update" the message says that "Update is not available" I cannot click on anything to activate it. Help! I've uninstalled and installed it several times!

1) Whats your system specifications? Is it x86 or x64?
2) Make sure that Bitdefender services are running properly.
3) Have you installed any other security solution previously/now?
4) Download Bitdefender from its official website.
5) Check the link "http://www.bitdefender.com/site/KnowledgeBase/article/515/", it may helpful.
