Bd Total Security 2011 Install Freeze My Win7 X64

Hello

Today i purchase BD Total Security 2011, when i run the installer in my Windows 7 Ultimate x64, it freezes my PC when try to do the quick scan before install. I already try "Run as Administrator" and compatiblity with windows XP

I'm very disappointed with this product, if I knew than BD is not compatible with Win7 x64, i wouldn't purchased.

Received the logs and the analysis is already complete. Having the driver from Tune-Up running C:\Program Files (x86)\TuneUp Utilities 2010\TuneUpUtilitiesDriver64.sys BitDefender did not installed correctly. Follow the steps sent via email and the issue should be resolved.

Please confirm that the issue is now resolved.

I followed the instructions and succesufully install BD

I suggest that notify to the users the incompability with TuneUp Utilities to avoid problems and extra work

The Tune-up Utility has been added to the list of security solutions detected when installing BitDefender so I believe the issue will be resolved automatically from now on upon installation.

Glad to see I was right again and that the issue is resolved.
