Malware/trojan Turning Bit Defender Off! Please Help

BitDefender Antivirus 2011

64 Bit Windows 7

I have 8gbs of ram on my system, normal ram usage on the "cpu/ram gadget" is 14% ...right now it's 30%+ so obviously something is running and even when I restart it stays at 14% for about 10 min and then it shoots up to 30%+ ... after a day my BD2011 is grey and off.. I try to run a scan in safe mode and it states something about "vss.exe" is not running or can't be started .. Please help me clean my system w/o having to reload windows...

started IE w/ admin priviliges and it just says "loading BitDefender Online Scanner..." nothing happens.

The log is under analysis,I'll get back with an answer as soon as I have one.

The log is clean,doesn't show any sign of infection.

Check in task manager under process which process consumes the most resources and put a checkmark under Show processed from all users.
