Hello,
As you have a malware issue you will not receive any answer from me but from my colleagues on the Malware team. Considering your two questions mentioned in your email please keep in mind:
- if you can't use the GMER downloaded from our website please visit and download the EXE version of the software from the original website: http://www.gmer.net
Also you should disable the AVC / IDS before conducting the requested tests.
To disable AVC and IDS please open BitDefender, switch it to Expert View from the Options button then go to the Antivirus tab. There click on the Advanced Settings button to disable the two features. As a last step, start the tests and provide us with the requested logs.
