Shortly To Flush Bd. Can No Longer Tolerate No
answer and no help forthcoming from BD. To illustrate how bad their help is I had an open ticket dealing with vsserv.exe eating resources. They sent a reply asking something about configuration of my two printers. Amazing, just amazing.
And now the problem with pages being blocked, no help. Real time protection disabled, why I know not. No help. Keep downloading the same updates, No sane reason for that.
The grief is just not worth it. I think one gentleman down the board was correct, we are Beta Testers. And I resent that.
Course, there is one other possibility; they just do not care.

First of all creating multiple topics will not provide you help faster, it will just confuse me.
Now to answer your questions:
- the blocked websites issue should be resolved now, a fix was released last night;
- regarding the Real Time Protection module being disabled please provide the following info if you still wish to investigate:
a) a support tool log as explained in THIS article; send me a PM with the generated log file.
have you used a previous version of BitDefender and/or another security solution installed on your PC ?
I have closed the other 2 topics you had open and we will work on this one.
