Odd Problem With Antispam

BD still checks all in and out emails, however, the Toolbar is not displayed, consistently. Toolbar present at time, other times on vacation. More vacation time, by a good margin.

Registry Entry present and all appropriate radio buttons selected

No big thing but worrisome.

Using OE6/Windows XP Home. All current on updates.

When you get time, I'm not really worried.
