    Hello,

To be honest I do not understand your query. Maybe I can assist you in other language than English ? Please note that it's mandatory to have administrative rights on the PC running BitDefender in order to do changes to most of its settings.

  • For that KB article and how to proceed in case anything is not going as explained you will have to contact Microsoft Customer Care.

Furthermore you still haven't provided me with the answer about the rights you have on the PC: are you an Administrator or a limited user ?
