Bitdefender 2011 Ts Problem.

Hi Everyone,

I got some problem right now about:

1) the virus scan screen it automatic close when i press properties and schedule. <img class= " />

2) when virus scan run (deep system and full system scan),the protection level automatic change to custom if i stop the scan system it not change back to aggressive level.

I used BD2011 ver.14.0.24.330

Computer Specfication:

Windows 7 64bit

2tb of hard drive

6 gb of ram

i7 930 4.20ghz oc

I hope this problem can be fixed.

I've just downloaded 2011 and I am having a similar problem if I set the virus shield to aggressive, it will remain on that setting unless I do a scan or reboot my computer after which the shield has changed to customer defined.

Any ideas.

1. what virus scan window is closing ? Please explain the issue so I can understand it. Give me a screenshot of the scan screen you are referring to;

2. you do not have the latest build installed. Right click on BitDefender icon and select "About". Give me a screenshot of that window

It happen in bitdefender total security 2011.

Version 14.0.24.330 (Last time)

But right now i used version 14.0.24.337 (Latest build)

The issue still occur with the latest build ? What type of scanning is closing ? Please try to start the following types of scan and let me know to which the issue occur:

- quick scan

- full system scan

- deep system scan

- contextual scan (right click on the C partition and select "Scan with BitDefender")

The link you gave me is for an old issue occuring in 2009. It was not reported nor occuring in 2010 or 2011 products.

On latest build,i guess the problem aready gone\fix.
