If you are running Bitdefender AV 2011, can you run Adaware anti spyware programme or similar along side it without problems?

    We should have:


    1 and only 1 firewall.


    1 and only 1 antivirus.


    1 antispyware.


    You have the antivirus version? there are antispyware and antirootkit included.


    Deinstall your Adware antispyware.

    Hi Rik,


    As long as the second security solution you would like to use does NOT have a module for Real Time Protection, you should be able to use it along with BitDefender without any issues. If you encounter issues with it please let me know.


    I would like to remind you that I only recommend using a secondary security solution along with BitDefender Antivirus but not with BitDefender Total Security.
