Vsserv.exe Use Lots Of Ram

Hello, since yesterday i started having this problem..
Lots of ram is in use but when i open task manager or whatever software i see that theres nothing that use that much
I saw how much memory this vsserv.exe use only in Windows Resource Monitor, nowhere else.
But it seems its not only this vsserv.exe cuz my ram usually stays at ~1200 - 1500 not more in idle but now its x2 ~2500 - 2600 or maybe this process use more than resource monitor shows
PC Spec : 2 cores - 3.5 Ghz , 4 Gb RAM
