Security Center Says My Fw And Av Is Off

Hello,

I'm having issues with my firewall and AV in BIS 2011. When I start my computer I get a warning from windows security center telling me my firewall and AV isn't on, but Bitdefender reports no security issues? I doubt this is the work of a virus or malware as this is a one day old installation of Vista plus all virus scans come up clean.

EDIT: I forgot to mention the warning message only pops up for 5 to 10 seconds max before disappearing.
