Unable To Update

Hi,

I'm unable to update BitDefender AV Pro 2011, it throws up an error -1002, tried updating manually with Weekly.exe. That too failed.

Tried to run Malware bytes, could not update this one too, but ran without the update it found some malware and deleted it. But the problem still persists.

The log files from Malware Bytes, HijackThis log and the screen shots are attached.

Kindly s######est how to sort out the issue.

Hello,

I have re-installed BitDfender couple of times and checked still the update issue persists.

I don't intend to change the anti-virus but i have a deadline to sort this out.

Can anyone help me, I'm stuck.
