Real-time Protection Disabled

My Problem has not been resolved yet and DanyDan just closed my thread saying it was resolved.
I sent a PM of my Log File to DanyDan with no reply.
My Real-Time Protection is still disabled and I see that my firewall isn't doing anything.
Please help me
