Problem With Firewall In Internet Security 2011

Hello.

I try to use trial version of Internet Security 2011 on my Windows XP SP2.

Firewall doesn`t work with my WiMax (Yota). Is it work in full version ?

Problem description:

I try to ping my default gateway and it`s not work, but if i disable firewall it`s work correct.

I have a lot of loose packet in firewall statistic.

Solutions which i try without any result:

1) Disable firewall for special adapter (1.jpg)

2) use wizard for troubleshuting

3) add manual rule for this computer

4) change status from disable to enable for all available rules

Hello,

The issue you encounter has been already acknowledge by our Team and we are currently working on a fix. I would recommend you the following:

- if you are using Windows XP make sure you have Service Pack 3 installed;

- add the IPs you wish to ping into Trusted Zones under Firewall -> Network

- test to see if the issue still reproduce as I need more feedback about the issue.

As already stated above, the issue you encounter with the WiMax adapter is a known issue. We are working on a fix, however, for the time being, I don't have an estimated time to be released.
