Bdts 2011 Crashes On Reboot After Install

I am having problems getting my laptop to reload after installing BDTS2011. I have ensured all traces of previous Internet security has been removed. When the laptop goes to boot I get login screen appear then it goes to a blue screen advising it is performing a data dump. I can get the laptop to load in safe mode and I can restore the laptop to previous settings prior to install. I am str######ling to get this to work and feel there may be a compatibility issue. My Laptop is a Acer aspire 5738Z, intel t4300 processor, 3gb memory,250gb hard drive. Any help would be much appreciated.

Have your laptop came with a pre-installed Operating System ? Please uninstall BitDefender in Windows Safe Mode with Networking then follow the steps below so we can start troubleshooting the issue and find the cause.

1. Download this file:

2. Locate and open 'Sysdump.exe'

3. A command prompt window will appear on your screen. Please note that the information gathering process can take several minutes therefore please wait until the window disappear by itself.

4. The result will be the file called 'SYSDUMP.TAR'

5. When you have the sysdump.tar please upload it HERE

6. Include a DETAILED description of the issue you encounter: reproduce the steps you take until the issue occur and, if possible, enclose a screenshot of any error message you receive.
