Is the above something for me to be concerned about? I noticed it in my event viewer in the application log.

Certs as in Certificates ? I find the above notifications from EventViewer normal and I see no reason why you should be concern about it.
To stay on the safe side simply update BitDefender with the latest definitions then start a Deep System Scan. If you have any further queries feel free to contact us anytime!
