Automatic Update Not Possible

i have de-installed the BD IS 2009

installed (from disk) BD Total security 2010

register-key are ok

scan shows no issues

solving the issue 'automatic update is not activated' always fails.

changing the preferences of update into on, gets overruled by software

the update tab shows a grey area, so 'automatic update' can not be tick in the box

tnx for help

Try to download the update manually and then install it. Reboot your system. It should be active when youre done.
