I am having same problem I got a virus from an email very well disguised as if from a friends email it took over her contacts and sends multiple emails. I could not stop it it took over. I uninstalled Bitdefender to load the new one (it did it itself) so uninstalled and then system does not permit me to install it again I have now been working on this for a straight 15 hours I am ready to go mad can anyone s######est how I can get BD back on my pc my restore did not put BD back as it was icon will not do anything.
