Update Problem (bitdefender Total Security 2011)

Hi,right now i got really bad problem\bug about update.When i try update an error came out.

"An error occurred during the update (-2002).If the problem persists,please check our online support website at:http://www.bitdefender.com."

Hello,

Error -2002 at update: - MD5 failed. That means that the MD5 (consider this as a integrity check) of a file can not be confirmed so the update is not performed.

I would recommend you to manually update BitDefender by saving the file below:

- for 32-bits:

http://download.bitdefender.com/updates/bi.../x86/weekly.exe

- for 64-bits:

http://download.bitdefender.com/updates/bi.../x64/weekly.exe

When the file is saved right click on it and select "Run as Administrator". Perform the manual update then restart the PC.

Please let me know if the issue is now resolved.
