Surprise.exe! Bitd Cannot Detect! Computer F***ed!

Can someone please help me remove surprise.exe from my computer? I installed it accidentally and now my system is messed up. It wont let me open any .exe file and BitD says that my computer is virus free. Its a malware and keeps saying that my computer is loaded with viruses. Its also beginning to affect my BitD deep system scan .exe file and says that it's corrupted too. I'm really desperate. I have lods of statistical work data in the computer and I'm afraid I will lose everything.

It's getting worse! Its blocked the integratedsupport.exe file in BitD. Now I'm toast!!

Thanks a lot. Rebooted in safe mode and ran a default system repair & restore yesterday in Win 7 64 bit (in desperation!). Worked! System reset itself. No issues so far. I'm just worried that the bug might still be hiding somewhere waiting to pop up. Will still follow your instructions though.

Managed to create all three logs but I can attach only one at a time in the customer support online form. Am I doing something wrong?
