Isp: Detects Spam Emails Being Sent From My System.

My problem is my ISP keeps shutting off my internet,

You are receiving this email as Cogeco's network security dept has received reports

of atypical email traffic from your system that is indicative of spam (unsolicited

broadcast messages) being relayed through your system to remote mail servers. It is

most likely that your system has been compromised with malware (ie: virus or trojan)

that is allowing a remote entity to relay spam through your system.

If you are unable to contain and/or investigate this threat immediately we request

you temporarily disconnect your system from the internet until you are able to

further investigate. To prevent any possible interruption in service we require a

activity, what actions you are taking to prevent further incidents, etc.

I have tried virus scans with bitdefender, in safe mode and normal mode.

i have tried prevx root kit scanner found nothing.

the thing is i tried 4 online scanners and found nothing.

The email being sent out IS coming from my network ip address, and is being sent out the same time my pc is on, i was able to find that out through my ISP...

I have put 2 log files dds and hijack this maby i missed something can i please get some help from bitdefender, i really don't want to wipe my whole system.
