Gray Ball Constantly Present After Repair

Hello,
Today I tried to make a repair for BD2011 because suddenly all the websites weren't available on the internet and the BD menu showed zero for all the information on the product, date, update, etc. After the repair and restart the gray icon now constantly there and I can't open BD menu I only can right click and choose update now. Any ideas what to do? Should I do another Repair?
