Xp Home W Sp3 Bsod

I've just recently bought and installed Bitdefender 2011 on my PC.

The machine has never had any issues and there are no new hardware or software changes that have been recently made other than the BitDefender 2011.

The machine is apparently doing a BSOD reboot randomly. The Event Logs show very little. Sometimes I can't even tell that there was an error other than I can see in the System and Application Logs that the machine is rebooting. Sometimes it appears to reboot every 2-3 hours others it reboots 3 times over the course of 45 minutes.

One of the few errors I've found in the System Log is:

Source: System Error

Category: [102]

EventID: 1003

Description:

Error code 100000d1, parameter1 63504364, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 b91998d5.

For the first time, I actually had it BSOD while I was logged in and submitting this report.

Right now I'm not very happy with the product. The MS error reporting is now saying that even the Dump files it creates are corrupted. I'm concerned that my data on this machine maybe at risk due to the BitDefender 2011 product.

Please help.
