Bitdefender 2011 Problem With Dvdfab 8.0.6.1
I have to put BitDefender into Game Mode in order to run DVD Fab 8.0.6.1. I did not have to do this with DVD Fab 8.0.5.x. Is there some setting I need to use to be able to run DVD Fab without putting BD in Game Mode? The details are:
DVDFab tries to start but does not.
Running XP SP3 with all current security patches.

Hello,
dadagin:
Skippy:
Make sure you have the Game Mode turned OFF then follow the steps below and see if the issue still occur:
- open BitDefender and switch it to Expert View from the Option button;
- go to the Antivirus tab;
- click on the "Advanced Settings" buton;
- disable the AVC then the IDS features;
- click on "OK"
- test to see if the application can be started normally or still crash.
If the issue still occur, in order to further investigate, follow the steps explained in THIS article then send me a PM with the generated log file along with a detailed description of the issue you encounter.

Hello,
If you disable the AVC alone everything work.
Now what's very good for bitdefender, is that this apps are working without turning off the AVC.

Skippy please provide me with the following info:
- a download link of the software that you can't use with BitDefender installed;
- what is/was the level of the slider under AVC ?
- a screenshot with the error you receive
- the requested log file generated using SupportTool.exe file as explained in my post above.
