Bitdifender Is Blocking Applications !

I have Bitdefender Antivirus 2010

when I try to connect to my mail server (using Icewarp Remote Config) it wont connect, but when the Antivirus is disabled, it connects directly.

I face this issue not only with this application, and I will report it when I face it again, maybe there's something in common

What Windows are you using and what are your PC details ? Processor and RAM memory ?
