Best Method To Upgrade From Bd Internet Security 2010 - To Total Security 2011

Hi,

I have BD Internet Security 2010 installed on 2 PC's and would like to purchase and upgrade to BD Total Security 2011 before my subscription runs out in less than 2 months.

I would like to keep all my present settings, as they took some time to set up. Is this possible, or will I need to completely start from scratch by uninstalling and/or using an uninstall tool first - hence, lose all current settings?

My current PC's are:

Windows Vista Home Premium - 32 Bit

2 GB RAM

Intel Core 2 Duo - 2GHz

Windows 7 Home Premium - 64 Bit

4 GB RAM

Quad Core 3GHz

Thank you for the very detailed information.

I would first like to say that the software settings can not be preserved while upgrading to a new product. Otherwise, I think it would be best for BitDefender Customer Service to contact you via email and make you an upgrade offer that can be applied right now.
