Bitdefender Gamesafe Firewall Driver For Win7x64

I also sent an email via customer care - thought I'd post too in case a user can help, or the answer is helpful to someone else.

I installed BD gamesafe on Win7x64, but the firewall driver is blocked by the OS (see attached).

Is there a way to fix this?

Hello Gridley,

BitDefender GameSafe is not fully compatible with Windows 7. Please contact Customer Service and request a new license key for BitDefender Internet Security 2011 - this will be considered as a free upgrade.
