I have just upgraded to BD TS 2011 from 2010 (this was running very well) Vista SP2 .
At PC start this morning BD icons are NOT present in Windws Mail.
Recommendations?
After several PC boot_s it seams solved.... but why?
It seems that the issue is now resolved. I believe it occurred cause of the fact that you installed 2011 over 2010. If you have any further queries feel free to contact us anytime!
Again this morning after PC boot and start of windows Mail
Again this morning.
PC power on , boot Vista : wait 5 minutes , start windows mail, no BD TS2011 in windows mail.
BD seams working as I see the popup BD is scanning incoming mail.
